Job Summary

The AI Sales Representative at CCAi365 plays a critical role in driving the adoption of our AI solutions and expanding our market presence. This position is ideal for a results-driven sales professional who can combine a strong understanding of AI technology with exceptional communication and consultative selling skills.

In this role, the AI Sales Representative will identify and pursue new business opportunities, develop relationships with key decision-makers, and guide clients through the value of CCAi365’s AI solutions. Your ability to understand client challenges and translate technical AI capabilities into practical business outcomes will be key to driving revenue growth.

The AI Sales Representative will also act as a trusted advisor, collaborating closely with marketing, product, and technical teams to ensure clients receive tailored solutions that meet their specific needs. By bridging the gap between cutting-edge AI technology and real-world business applications, you will help organizations harness the full potential of intelligent automation and drive measurable results.


Key Responsibilities for the AI Sales Representative

  • Prospecting & Lead Generation: Identify, research, and reach out to potential clients across a wide range of industries that can benefit from AI solutions. Utilize various lead generation strategies, including cold calling, email campaigns, networking events, and social media engagement, to create a consistent pipeline of qualified leads. Continuously assess and prioritize prospects based on business potential and strategic alignment with CCAi365 solutions.
  • Client Engagement: Conduct engaging product demonstrations, presentations, and consultations to effectively communicate the value and capabilities of CCAi365 AI solutions. Tailor presentations to address specific client pain points and business objectives, ensuring a clear understanding of how AI-driven tools can enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and drive measurable results. Maintain consistent follow-ups to nurture leads and convert them into satisfied clients.
  • Solution Selling: Understand each client’s unique business challenges, operational workflows, and growth goals to recommend AI-driven solutions that provide maximum impact. Customize product offerings to fit client needs, demonstrating ROI and long-term value. Collaborate with internal teams to craft proposals, presentations, and proof-of-concept demonstrations that resonate with decision-makers.
  • Pipeline Management: Maintain an organized and accurate sales pipeline using CRM tools, documenting all client interactions, opportunities, and deal progress. Monitor and forecast revenue, track sales metrics, and report results to the Sales Manager. Ensure that opportunities move efficiently through each stage of the sales process, identifying and addressing potential roadblocks promptly.
  • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients by providing ongoing support, understanding evolving business needs, and identifying upsell or cross-sell opportunities. Serve as a trusted advisor who delivers continuous value, helping clients maximize the benefits of their AI investments. Address client inquiries and concerns professionally and proactively to maintain high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and technical teams to ensure seamless onboarding, implementation, and ongoing client success. Provide feedback from the field to inform product enhancements, marketing campaigns, and customer support strategies. Foster a collaborative approach to problem-solving and ensure clients receive cohesive, high-quality service across all touchpoints.
  • Market Research: Stay informed on AI industry trends, competitor offerings, emerging technologies, and evolving business challenges. Use insights to identify new opportunities, refine sales strategies, and position CCAi365 solutions as the preferred choice. Provide market intelligence to internal teams to support product development, marketing initiatives, and strategic decision-making.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in tech, SaaS, or AI solutions.
  • Strong understanding of AI, machine learning, or data-driven technologies is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, or equivalent) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field preferred.
